What to expect on Sundays

We gather each week on Sunday to express our thankfulness to the God who made us and continues to speak to us through his Word (the Bible). We come as ordinary people trusting in the extraordinary God who has revealed himself to us and rescued us in Jesus.

Our formal time together goes from 10:00am - 11:15am, where there is singing, praying, reading the Bible and hearing a message from the Bible (around 25 minutes).

There is also a short segment (song or talk) for all ages, after which kids head out the back of church & into the Kids Church room in the Church hall for a fun Bible lesson, including age-appropriate stories, games, crafts and memory verse! Parents are welcome to come and drop their kid’s off at the Kids Church room and pick them up after the service finishes.

There is no dress code. Most people dress casually so come in whatever is comfortable for you.

Parents are very welcome to have their children in the service. To care for parents with young children, there is a parents room in the foyer where parents can look after their children and remain a part of the service.

After our formal time together, we have morning tea together in the church hall. Once every second month, we also have lunch together. Everyone is welcome!

On the 1st Sunday of every second month (even months throughout the year ), we also celebrate the Lord’s Supper together.

We value children!

Kids church (for preschool & primary age) and crèche (1-3 year olds) during School term, including a fun age-appropriate Bible lesson with a snack, story, games, craft & memory verse.

Parents are required to come out with their children to sign them in and to ensure their child feels comfortable. Most parents will head back into the service after this.
